SSH Secure Shell Client is a good option for secure system administration and file transfers. This program is very simple to use and it wields a lot of power inside. The interface is intuitive - if your system administration and file transfers are simple, then you won't even have to look at any manual or configuration settings. All these end-to-end communications are secure through the SSH protocol. SSH uses encryption and authentication options so that the communication is as safe as it can be. The connection between the client and servers is very stable, you will not have any problems with disconnections and packet losses. Besides providing a secure shell, the application also includes a secure file transfer protocol (SFTP), the protocol can be used for file transfer within internal networks or external environments. The program allows you to configure a wide arrange of settings to your preference, including certificates and private keys. SSH Secure Shell is a great small program if you want to have secure communications within networks.

Do not use SSH Secure Shell in 2024! It was last updated in 2003 and is now *woefully* out of date. You are likely to experience issues connecting to modern SSH servers. Windows now comes with its own SSH client built into the Command Prompt; use that instead.
